McKean Defense Group, LLC to provide engineering, technical and management support to US Navy training development and distance support initiatives in support of Naval Surface Warfare Center Carderock Division, Philadelphia

(Philadelphia, PA) – McKean Defense Group, LLC (McKean) today announced it won an unrestricted single award, cost-plus-fixed-fee task order from the Naval Surface Warfare Center (NSWC), Carderock Division, Philadelphia, Pennsylvania.

The task order has a five-year term, and a total value of over $9 million. McKean will provide engineering, technical and management support to Naval Surface Warfare Center, Carderock Division, Philadelphia, PA, including: developing and modifying Computer Based Training (CBT), Navy eLearning (NeL) and Interactive Courseware Development (ICW): conducting analyses of Human Capital Object (HCO) data; performing reviews of training courses and training manuals; and providing Distance Support training for the integration of Distance Support 2.0/NIAPS technology onboard US Navy ships.
