(Philadelphia, PA) – McKean Defense Group, LLC has been named to the 2010 Inc. 500 annual ranking of the fastest-growing private companies in America. The company achieved the rank of 440 on this prestigious list.
Inc. introduced the Inc. 500 list program in 1982 to recognize entrepreneurial success and innovation, as well as to honor the unique leaders who guide these growing companies. Expanded in 2007 to the Inc. 500/5000, the process ranks companies by overall revenue growth over a three-year period. Winners will be celebrated at a conference scheduled on September 30 in Washington, D.C.
McKean was established in 2006, and provides engineering and technology solutions for the U.S. Navy, and Department of Defense. Headquartered in Philadelphia, with offices in Virginia, California, and Indiana, McKean has grown rapidly to end 2009 with approximately $35M. This was the first year that McKean was eligible for consideration in the Inc. program.
Joseph L.
